Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales development, outbound prospecting, inside sales, or lead generation supporting APAC markets
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, and Thai, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse customer segments
  • Strong cold-calling, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification skills with experience managing high-volume outreach activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional and neutral English proficiency
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to different cultures, buyer personas, and business environments across the APAC region
  • Experience using CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and SaaS applications; HubSpot, Zoho, Mixmax, or Cognism experience is an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy with experience leveraging automation tools, AI applications, and social media for prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up activities
  • Experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation industries is a plus
  • Background in international BPOs, contact centers, inside sales, or business development environments is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers across the APAC region through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and sales tools
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and coordinate seamless handoff of sales-ready opportunities to the Sales team
  • Assess customer needs and route opportunities appropriately using industry knowledge and digital freight technology solutions
  • Nurture leads through ongoing engagement until they are ready for the sales process
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up activities
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and communicate the value of company solutions
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records, ensuring leads are properly qualified, assigned, and tracked
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations while identifying customer challenges and business opportunities
  • Coordinate introductions and meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Executives
  • Drive customer acquisition efforts for eBooking and SaaS solutions while meeting performance targets
  • Support customer onboarding activities and ensure accurate account setup within internal systems
  • Manage opportunities from initial engagement through successful handoff, focusing on generating high-quality meetings and sales opportunities
